Veggie Talk

I have been complaining about the rain, but look what happens when it does! I have huge cabbages, pumpkins, corn and artichokes growing!

I cut the first cabbage and made a stir fry today. It was the firmest cabbage, better than I could have bought.

The raspberries are doing well also, grandpa would have been proud (this is what I picked this morning).

Bailey eats a few each day but overall I get the goods.

The next time I see my garden, I imagine it will be double what it is now and probably overgrown with weeds. Crossing my fingers that neighbor takes good care of the garden that he has so lovingly saturated with compost and fertilizer.
